Welcome to Kmon Climb Club. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before continuing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kmon Climb Club, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Kmon Climb Club is a discovery and review platform for climbing locations — both outdoor crags and indoor gyms. You can view locations, log visits, write reviews, and interact with other users.

3. User Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities carried out under it. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. User Content

By posting reviews, photos, or any other content on Kmon Climb Club, you:

• Guarantee that you hold the necessary rights over the content posted.
• Grant Kmon Climb Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform.
• Assume full responsibility for the content posted.

It is prohibited to post offensive, illegal, defamatory, misleading, or rights-infringing content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post false information about climbing locations.
• Attempt to access systems or data beyond what is normally available.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the service.

6. Climbing Safety

Kmon Climb Club is an informational platform. Information about locations, difficulty ratings, and conditions is community-provided and may be outdated or incorrect. Climbing is a high-risk activity. You are solely responsible for assessing local conditions and your own safety. Kmon Climb Club is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from climbing activities.

7. Privacy

The handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Kmon Climb Club, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including design, logos, text, and features — is the property of Kmon Climb Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kmon Climb Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Kmon Climb Club after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time in the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected as the venue for any disputes arising from these Terms.
